Clarity and optimal communication

The main points for clarity and optimal communication

Overall, it is crucial how understandable your textual information is to the listener. This dimension of intelligibility can be identified in four main points:

1. The simplicity

It mainly refers to the sentence structure and the wording of a text. Simplicity, and therefore clear understanding, is given when your sentences are short and you know familiar words, i. use as little unknown foreign words as possible. Do not overestimate the level of knowledge of your listeners. Use images and metaphors to address the right, the emotional hemisphere in the brain, as well as your simple texts.

2. Outline and order

A crucial point for keeping information is a clear and understandable structure, i. the listener finds the red thread in your entire information offer. Therefore, you must give it guidance by highlighting new points and highlighting them linguistically. Create mental overviews, i. the listener recognizes through the formed chapters, groups or parts through the given coarse and fine goals, the main and secondary points, through the given goals, outlooks, flashbacks and summaries, what belongs in the respective text because of the structure and order and thus can also be summarized in terms of content.

3. brevity and conciseness

Try to show a lot of direct benefit to the listener and avoid verbose explanations. Get to the point quickly by comparing pros and cons, pros and cons, wrong and right. Offer graphic thinking models or even schematic overviews, so that your listeners can understand the core theses of your statements faster with these visualization aids. As the vernacular says so beautifully: "In the brevity lies the spice". And he is certainly right. It is a sign of great education if you succeed in presenting complicated and difficult relationships succinctly.

4. Stimulants

These stimulants are mainly intended to motivate the listener in addition. This can be done through a set of questioning techniques, but can also be implemented by captivating quotes, witty phrases or deliberately used stimulus words. Always address the feelings as well as the facts. Make sure that the flow of your speech remains. Therefore, formulate effective inference. This can be a call to action, an appeal to help.

Raise motivation for learning

How to raise motivation for learning?

According to experts, motivation is a psychological basis of behavior. The more students are motivated, the higher the quality of learning, when the motivation is weak, the quality of learning decreases.
There is internal and external motivation. External motivation is when the student is encouraged to carry out the learning activity, exceeds the reward (high scores, praise, status in the class). At this time the activity itself may not be interesting for him. Internally motivated student is more important than an expected reward.
Some students are very enthusiastic about learning because they are curious about the subject and learning process, but there are some students who do not have a great interest in learning without encouraging them. They constantly need praise, incentive, and support.
At the same time, the teacher should take into account the motivation of the pupil while planning the study process - this will help to succeed.
1. Enrich the learning process. This can be done with additional, extraordinary activities, diverse learning materials, new methods of teaching and strategies. The learning process will become more fun and interesting for the student.
2. Try to activate pupils. Active participation in the lesson process is much more natural than quietly sitting and listening. You can arrange for discussions, presentations, role games, educational excursions, etc. But all of this should be appropriate for the time, otherwise you will not have the effect you expect.
3. Turn the students into knowledge evaluation tools - semester tests, exercises related to a particular topic, crossword, situational tasks. This will not only raise their motivation, but also help to master the material.
4. Use different difficulty tasks. It would be good if we offer pupils the same problem on different topics. It will help you to take into consideration their capabilities and motivation.
5. Use unnecessary activities. At that time the student's attention will be transferred from the result to the trial itself.
6. Create an environment in which the students will not be afraid of negative assessment, criticism and error. Errors are the best way to learn. We must turn them to the best of the best results.
7. Give students a positive feedback. You can use this for "1 + 2" evaluation. "1 + 2" is an assessment where the "1" note is the advice that the student should take into consideration, and "2" - a positive comment. You can change the chart optionally, but it is desirable to protect the positive and negative feedback.
8. Remove the mark only. Give a sign a comment, namely why the pupil had a mark, what you liked and what to focus on. The comment should be extensive and exhaustive.
9. Never criticize the pupil publicly. Public criticism pushes self-esteem and motivation for teenagers. In addition, such a approach can help your child to lose your trust and respect.
10. Be impartial. The teacher is a normal person with his sympathy and imagination, but try to maximally relieve the subjective spirit in the personal relationship with the teaching or the students.
11. Use different types of questions during testing. The test must be balanced between open and closed questions. Such a test will not grant any student a privilege and will be a more appropriate tool for classroom evaluation.
12. Give proper attention to each work of pupils. In case of sweating, the student is motivated.
13. Engage in the decision making process. Participation in determining the classroom norms, evaluation components, determining sequencing issues will significantly increase students' motivation and promote their fulfillment of this agreement.
14. Provide the "Problems and Proposals Box" - This method will allow students to express their opinions or evaluations anonymously. The main thing is to explain the essence of the box and the purpose of the application, and to develop the form of the proposal. Specific types of information should be mandatory. Otherwise the method will not be effective. Systematically review submitted suggestions.
15. All students can learn and achieve success - in the course of teaching and in dealing with pupils, the teacher's attitude should be clear

Losses:
a. The speech seemed flat and monotonous, so the speaker would not be able to attract the attention of the audience,
b. The listener's communication will decrease because the speaker switches to trying to remember the words,
c. Requires a lot of preparation time.
4. Exemplary Speech, namely the prepared speech in the form of outlines and supporting points, but the speaker does not try to remember it word for word. This type of speech is the best and most often used by experienced and experienced speakers. Out-line is only a guideline for organizing ideas that are in the speaker's mind.
Advantages:
a. Communication of listeners and speakers is better because the speaker speaks directly to the listener or audience,
b. The message can be flexible to be changed according to the needs and the presentation is more spontaneous.
Losses:
a. Requires intensive training for the speaker
b. The possibility of deviating from the big outline is very large
c. Fluency can be hampered because of the difficulty of choosing words

Principles of effective public speech

Principles of effective public speech

From time to time, we often have to make a speech before the public and make a lot of drafts in advance. It may take hours. Often people do not have the "tricks" and the exciting word of speech.
Some principles for effective public discourse. "First of all it is necessary to accumulate the necessary information, its reliability is mandatory, to make slides, to develop the way of presentation, in a word, to take into account everything,". Sound is part of the performance. It should be selected two times above ordinary conversations to provide the audience with the opportunity to listen to the talk. If anyone speaks without pauses, hardly anyone can find someone who will enjoy it, that is, meaningful pauses in speech are no less important. "
As much as possible to enrich the story with stories or examples to make it more convincing.
"Apart from what you say, you also need to pay attention when you look at where you look, the look should be directed to the audience, not the different corners of the room. You have to notice everyone not to focus on the same people, so that others do not feel bad. Do everything to engage the audience in the talk. This can include speedy speech, dynamics, questions to the audience, humorous pauses. "
Clothes and ties also change a lot. "Earlier people thought that it was practical clothing for a powerful talk, it was necessary to wear it, but it was ahead. Today, you should be dressed so as to fit your presentation, depending on the topic and comfort of the talk. Of course, everything should be done in size. "
"If you can not control your laugh, or just the opposite, the excitement will strangle you. "Moderate excitement is completely normal, somewhere it is a sign of responsibility. Take breathing exercises before making a speech. And when it comes to laughing, I try to remember bad things and get upset at once. "
If you use slides in your word, they should be interesting, very colorful and have fun, have short text, it is also advisable to include them in statistics. It is always desirable to have an impressive slide, as in 72 hours people remember 10% of what they have heard, 25% of what they have seen, and 75% of what they've seen and heard.

ROLE OF ATTITUDE IN PUBLIC SPEAKING

Role of attitude in public speaking

1. The inner attitude makes it

Whether your presentation will be a success, decides not long before your speech, but long before. Your attitude determines whether you will inspire your audience with confidence and achieve your goals. Remember situations in which you have successfully mastered similar challenges, recall your attitude and feelings from back then. Use your motto of success: Yes, I can do it! The fact is: you have all the resources you need to shine this time.

2. Good preparation is everything

You may have heard that good preparation is half the battle. This is not true, because a good preparation is everything. It's okay to be nervous, it's okay to have a little stage fright. But it is not okay if you are not well prepared and have not done your homework. Do not leave anything to chance and be prepared for any eventuality.

3. Find out about your listeners

In order to prepare your content in the best possible way, you should inform yourself comprehensively about your listeners. For whom do you present? It makes a difference whether you speak in front of colleagues, present at a management meeting or pitch in front of a potential client. The more you know, the more individual you can tailor your language and the way you present yourself.

4. Have the end in mind

Do you have the end in mind before the beginning of your speech? Ask yourself the following questions: What is the goal of your speech? What are your core messages? What should your listeners know or know more after the presentation? And most importantly, how should your audience feel after the speech? Focus on the most intense emotions possible. The numbers, dates and facts will have quickly forgotten your audience. How you felt is remembered much longer.

5. Go ahead

One of the key tenets of a good speaker is Go first. Whatever emotions you want to evoke in your listeners, you first have to feel them yourself. If you want to inspire, then you are excited. If you want to stimulate thought, then go first to this state. And if you want to motivate, then you should first and foremost be motivated.

6. Speak the language of the audience

Do not use any form of specialist gibberish. Talk as simple as possible and avoid cumbersome phrases or any form of nesting. Trust your own language skills and do not try to imitate someone else's language. And never assume that your listeners need to know insider terms, industry terms or technical terms. Instead, put on the audience goggles and speak in the language of your audience.

7. Tell stories

Nothing can bind people like a well-told story. Nothing makes a presentation as long-winded as the permanent juxtaposition of numbers and facts. However, when you package that information into a stimulating and emotional story, your listeners will be spellbound and literally internalize the messages they contain. Make small surprises, find examples from our everyday world. Do not forget your humor!

8. Delete any unnecessary information

They are glad that you are allowed to give the presentation today. Very nice. But is this information relevant to your audience? No, and therefore you should consistently delete such and similar phrases. Review each sentence of your speech and ask yourself: Does this information fit into the message of my presentation? If you do not, then you have the courage to streamline your presentation. Less is definitely more when talking!

9. Stay faithful

You do not have to become a robot on stage. It does not do any good to train yourself on any techniques and then to play a role. Dare to be yourself. Tell me about yourself. And also like to formulate your own opinion. People do not like perfection. People like people.

10. Enjoy the presentation

As a speaker you have the unique opportunity to give other people important impulses and to convey their knowledge and expertise. Therefore, appreciate this privilege and enjoy every minute. And this attitude then feels your audience again and will say goodbye with applause.

Practice of webinar

Steps to keep in mind when practicing webinars

Think about content to deliver

The first thing to do is to "decide a customer". There is no content that gets popular among all people. So please first decide who you are your client like salaried workers and middle-aged people.
It is also important to think "what you do at a webinar." Once the assumed customers are decided, I will try to think about the problems they have.
If you are planning for a young office worker, it will be "you can not work efficiently", if you are a housewife, you will be worried about whether you can return to society or not. We will make content to solve these problems.
The webinar has the merit that anyone can start at any time, and if you return the back you will be able to hold a purpose.
Content that does not have such a purpose can not gather customers well even though it looks good. So let's think about the purpose of the content firmly.
It is also important to choose the appropriate webinar tool. We call the necessary tools to hold webinars "webinar tool", but this is a variety from free to charged, so please choose tools according to your own purpose.
For example, if acquiring a new customer or lowering the cost anyway, give a free tool, conversely if you aim to distribute good content to customers or acquire repeaters Let's choose a quality paid tool.

Advertise and collect customers

Let's create a "participation form" for registering participants this time once the purpose and contents of the content to be distributed are decided.
In the participation form, you can register the content to be delivered and its merits, the organizer and the email address of the participant. You can dress the foam to a certain extent, but be careful as you may be shunned if you decorate too much.
Next is "promotion". Let's propagate through Facebook, Twitter, blog, etc. and guide you to the participation form.
Currently there are substantial ways to advertise for free, but there is also a way to make paid advertisements, distribute it and promote it. When advertising is done, it is important not to make it once but repeatedly, to reply to those who participate further thank you.
What I would like to do while advertising is to decide where to do 'webinars'.
Basically it is good at home, but there are things that are noticeable around the time zone. That way it will halve its appeal, no matter how good content it is. If the vicinity of your house is noisy, let's choose a quiet place such as a conference room for a conference room.

Feedback results

The webinar is over when I practice it, I can not say that. It is important to look back on delivered content and customer reactions and think about how to improve and practice it.
Questionnaire is useful at that time. Let's create a questionnaire form and send it to customers who joined the webinar by e-mail etc. and get a response.
It is also recommended that you record the contents delivered outside the questionnaire. Some people think that it is embarrassing to watch their appearance on video, but it is important to check as to whether the content you want to convey is properly explained or whether it was in an easy-to-hear environment, so try to do as much as possible please.

Do not forget to practice repeatedly

Popular webinars rarely get popular from the first time, and most of them are held many times to obtain repeaters.
For that reason, even if few customers initially gather at first, it is important that the attitude of holding improvements repeatedly without failing to do so.

Pre-practice firmly

Not limited to webinars, there are a variety of factors that fail when you make a lecture in front of people, such as seminars and presentations.
When sending out information using a webinar, it is common to examine various advance information such as data of contents to be transmitted, product information, merits and demerits.
Although it may be thought that there is not incompleteness about the contents of the webinar, it is important to carry out preliminary exercises assuming the actual number before actually hosting the webinar.
There are a lot of failure examples such as not performing the preliminary exercise properly and just having not done the preliminary exercise, the head became pure white in the actual work.
If you did a product explanation or a company explanation by a webinar, if you failed by going through the production without prior practice, it will be a big blow.
It is necessary to do preliminary practice and rehearsal firmly from the week before the actual number to several days before, and to face the production.

Performance of equipment and equipment confirmation

Webinars can be easily done simply by using smartphones and personal computers, but you can hold webinars even using equipment specialized in webinars.
One thing to keep in mind when hosting webinars is to do a firm confirmation of the performance of the equipment and connection and settings.
If you do not do this in advance, you will end up failing, such as interruption in the middle of the production.
Unlike a seminar that actually holds the venue, the webinar will be done via a PC or smartphone. Therefore, the speaker's behavior may be limited.
In an actual seminar, participants can see the participants even if they take full advantage of the lecture hall and move from corner to corner of the room. If you give a lecture accompanied by a big gesture gesture, it may become more understandable content.
But at a webinar it is not necessarily the case. The webinar is done by taking the contents of the seminar with a fixed camera to some extent, so the screen size is limited.
If you move inside the room, the appearance of the speaker itself may disappear from the screen, and if you make a big gesture, you do not know what the body goes out of the screen and you are doing it There is nothing wrong.
Also, if you are not used to hosting webinars, there is also the problem that you do not know how much you speak at the right level.
Since it is possible that the sound will not reach the participants unless you know the volume of sound to be collected by the microphone in advance and set it in advance, it is important to confirm the performance of the facility in advance It is important.
As an example of actual webinar failure, there are things such as distribution being interrupted on the way.
It is expected that problems such as Internet connection not being securely connected, setting incorrect, incompatibility between system tools and webinars are not established etc.
In order to prevent this failure, it is important to check the connection and settings beforehand and make sure that it is delivered securely.

Do not neglect advertisement

The purpose of doing webinars is diverse. Product promotion, lecture meeting, corporate explanation, etc. are the main ones, but if you hold it, we want to demonstrate the maximum effect.
To do this, it is necessary to establish a pre-promotion and a posterior plan firmly.
Since it is meaningless unless you collect enough participants, you need to use web blogs and social media to pre-advertise webinars.
And, once the webinar is over, the webinar will be a one time event and fail unless you do not take action to continue the relationship with the participants.
It is important to think carefully about what kind of relationship you will build after holding in advance, to create content for on-demand playback and collect data such as questionnaires securely.

Bidirectional relationship

The excellent point of the webinar is that the lecturer and the participants can communicate bidirectionally as well as actually holding the seminar.
However, many of those who actually host webinars tend to give a lecture in front of the camera, make a one-way presentation, and fail.
When holding a webinar, it is important to be aware of the existence of participants on the other side of the camera, to secure interactive communication by firmly taking the questions reception time etc.
Failure examples common in webinars
It is said that it is very difficult to make a webinar a success. People who fail in webinars tend to be unilateral presentations.
I will naturally be unable to get an understanding if I do not try to draw out how participants feel and talk one-sidedly. Even if you collect attendees who can become prospects, you simply miss the opportunity by telling the attractiveness of the product.
Lack of practice is one of the most common failures in webinars. If you think "Webinar is easy" or depend on the webinar system, it will be more likely to fail.
In the unlikely event that the system does not work properly, it will be difficult to respond on the spot, resulting in a negative image. It is the worst scenario to get clogged in words in front of participants or to fail with technical problems.
In order to make a webinar successful you need to rehearse properly in advance.

Tips to make a webinar a success

In order not to fail at the webinar, it is necessary to rehearse the contents and the system in advance. If you do not have confidence, it will be transmitted to participants, so let's not only practice the script, but also wear the content firmly.
If you just read the script, you will be impatient as to how to cope when happening happens, so you can respond flexibly by learning the content rather than learning the script.
Let's do a rehearsal of all the presenters through when the webinar date is approaching. In order to prevent communication shortage between presenters and technical troubles, it is essential that the practice of running ahead is necessary.
If the presenter speaks slowly or the contents are not interesting, participants will get drowsy, bored, and lose credibility.
To make a webinar successful, it is important to actively communicate with participants. In addition to reading the content of the slide, let's communicate with the participants in conjunction with social media, and vote and question and answer.
If it becomes a product selling seminar, participants will be deemed "deceived". In order not to endure distrust of participants, it is important not to end with a one-sided presentation but to have an exciting conversation with participants.
For that, we need to know the needs of the participants in advance. If we can provide valuable solutions to the needs of participants, it will be an effective webinar and you can think that you are "good to participate".
Since product information has already been posted on websites etc., plus alpha is required for webinars. As a trusted adviser, it is necessary to guide participants to the next step with expert knowledge, whether they really should buy the goods or not.

Successful example of webinar

People who are successful in webinars communicate their own success stories to encourage participants to think "I can do it" as well.
Participants receive empathy by putting a story in order, such as what they had, what they did to solve, what happened after they resolved.
Sometimes I have prepared benefits for the participants who have watched until the end. If you first convey the benefit of getting benefits, the motivation of the participants will also be increased and the probability of being seen until the end will be higher.
It is also effective to attach special price or purchase benefit for viewers only. It is effective if you tell the reason you should buy it, prepare the price only for the person who watched the webinar.
By giving a reasonable reason why the discount price has been reached, you can make the presentation price feel cheaper. There are also participants who are uneasy only by lowering the price, so it is important to put a guarantee at the end.
Attaching a warranty is effective in removing participants' anxiety. By attaching extension of period and refund guarantee etc., you can eliminate anxiety at the time of application, you can eliminate the reason to refuse.

Webinar

What is webinar?

Let's know the meaning and purpose of webinar!

Where did the webinar come from?

A webinar is a word made up of a web (Web) and a seminar (Seminar) together.
Seminars, workshops and lectures held on the web. The name of webinar is common overseas, but it is also called online seminars, internet seminars or web seminars .
In general, webinars are made on the assumption that seminars targeting participants of large numbers are conducted on the web. For that reason, it is possible to connect a large number of people, and the functions necessary for meeting participants are implemented.

Why is webinar useful?

There are two ways to distribute webinars in roughly two ways.
First of all, there is a live distribution which the lecturer attends in real time to the seminar distributed, and several students can participate. Then, on-demand delivery that records seminars and delivers them as video contents is a way to attend learners' convenient time.
You can join the webinar from anywhere using a computer or tablet. We do not need traveling time or transportation expenses to the venue. Moreover, you can deepen your understanding by attending seminars and training rather than just documents with many letters. Even if you can not participate on the seminar day, you can take it on-demand delivery.
In on-demand delivery, there is also opportunity to take the contents according to the learning proficiency of the students. You can choose the learning method suitable for each student. Companies can also reduce the labor and cost of securing seminar venues and students. Utilizing recorded seminar videos many times can also lead to cost reductions.

What kind of charm are there for webinars?

The way to utilize Webinar is not limited to corporate training, courses, lectures. It can be used for meetings with large numbers of people, company briefing sessions for recruitment, and so on.
By utilizing a webinar, there is a merit that you can collect wide area leads. One of the major features of webinars is the ability to communicate detailed and detailed information in large quantities. It is easy to understand by delivering animated applications such as application of their own products and know-how of their company which were difficult to convey on e-mail magazines and Web sites, which are existing online marketing measures, by animation.
There is also a characteristic that you can expect customers to attract visitors because hurdles to join are very low. It is a great appeal of webinars that you can expect to win leads from a wide range.

What kind of possibilities are available for webinars?

Two-way communication is possible with webinars by chatting functions and questionnaires.
You can communicate with each other, such as questions to instructors and exchanging opinions with other students. At the same time, you can also see the reaction and expression of the partner, so you can expect to conduct deeper communication.
Since we can know the real reaction to our products and efforts, it will be useful for various improvement measures. We can also know the needs of lead realistically, which leads to further customer acquisition measures.
In the webinar, you can check the face and voice of the lecturer so you can give the participants a sense of security and confidence. This also makes it possible for smooth interactive communication.
In addition, there is a method of making a questionnaire page, asking participants to answer, and attaching a URL to a thank you email sent at a later date. By guiding you to the questionnaire from there, you can gain important feedback such as lead needs. As a result, we can further select leads compatible with our company and lead to acquisition.

About webinar's way of doing things

As a way of webinar it is common to record seminars and publish them on video distribution sites.
It is a seminar method called also an online seminar or an internet seminar. From the situation where the use of the video is progressing in various genres, it will become a method which spreads more and more.
Another way is to deliver real-time seminar videos by deciding the delivery time.
Although it can not be undone when delivering in real time, it is characterized by interactive communication with viewers. You can ask questions written in chat and answer it. It might be a suitable way for those who are accustomed to seminars.
People actually doing webinars are often done by combining these two methods. While delivering in real time, recorded videos are released. Both of them have advantages, so they are used in combination.
If you are a webinar, if you can only attract guests, you can have a seminar once and see it once. Webinar's way of doing things is not difficult as long as you are accustomed to video distribution.
Case studies utilizing webinars and people suitable for utilization
As a case study of webinars, it may be used for explanation of various contents.
I will explain using hard-to-understand words and difficult-to-understand business with the white board. It can be said that it is suitable for seminars such as consultants.
In addition, people who are introducing online know-how etc. are actually utilized. Since we can explain carefully to details, we can explain finely about know-how. Since the explanation does not become short because I care about time, the satisfaction level of the audience is also high.
People who want to explain expertly in the field, it would be nice to utilize webinars. It is also suitable for those who do not speak professional enough if time is restricted like general seminars.

Benefits of people actually hosting webinars

The webinar has the merit of being able to acquire customers who were unable to obtain in the past seminars.
People actually hosting webinars are acquiring customers that they can not come by a long distance, or that they were unable to attend because they did not meet time. Once you participate in the webinar, you may be able to come back next.
Also, participating in the webinar is characterized by a lower hurdle than participating in the seminar. People actually hosting webinars have succeeded in getting used to watching movies. Since you can also watch videos in your free time, you can say that the customer base is wide.
As another merit, it is a movie, so there is a possibility that you can be watched on a long tail. Those who are doing webinars may be able to view things that were previously delivered by some reason. It also leads to participation in the current seminar as a result of that viewing.

Points to be careful of when hosting webinars

People who are hosting webinars know that they may be judged by clothes and appearance.
It does not mean that someone will pay attention, so you always have to be careful with yourself. In the case of a webinar it is important to see how it looks on a computer, so always worry about the appearance of a personal computer.
People who are actually holding are making sets so that white people shine behind and try it and make it look good. In that respect it is also important to lighten the lighting. It is because the impression becomes dark when it is dark.
Before recording or before real distribution, it is important that what you want after practicing is important, those who have the experience you have realized. It is only a couple of pieces of ability that you can do in batting.

YouTube Live

If you host a webinar, there may be many people who use YouTube Live.
You can host a free webinar for YouTube Live. YouTube Live is able to deliver it steadily even though it's free. Whether you are recording or distributing live, you can deliver it for free. It is saved on YouTube as a video when you distribute it on YouTube, so you do not need to record it.
Because there is a name value called YouTube, viewers can gather more than other tools. If you distribute a webinar on YouTube, there is a possibility of advertisement attaching, and advertising revenue may be obtained although it is delivered free.
YouTube is a fairly effective means of delivering the seminar that is the original purpose of the webinar. There are no restrictions other than what is against public order and morals, but you can distribute the created movie as it is though it can be delivered for free.
Because the delivered video remains as it is, it can also be viewed in long tail. It is free even if it remains for a long time once it is delivered, so you'd better leave it as it is. It may become a movie that hits at somewhere timing. It is free means because it is possible to leave such possibilities.
Since there is a function to present similar animation, if you distribute similar webinar videos, you may be able to view other videos as well.

Facebook Live

Facebook Live is a tool that can deliver webinars for free.
It is a delivery tool provided by Facebook, so it works in conjunction with Facebook. Therefore, it is a big characteristic that you can grasp who is watching. If you use Facebook features, you can spread it for free.
Since there is a comment function, you can also get a comment on the video. You can also attract free customers using Facebook features, so if you know more people you may not have trouble gathering people.

Twit Casting

It is a tool that can deliver webinars often used by young people.
You can use this tool for free. It is a tool not suitable for business such as sales, but it will be a promising tool for attracting customers. Also, if you are a webinar for young people, people may gather.

Three items indispensable for webinars!

There are three items that are absolutely indispensable for implementing a webinar. It is a personal computer, a microphone, a web camera.
Of these, web cameras are closely related to the image quality and color taste of webinars. It is a place I'd like to stick to the performance of a web camera in order to give bad images to participants when image quality is poor or color tone is unnatural.
Mic is also important as well. Let's prepare something of high performance that will not introduce noise or become interrupted. When using a whiteboard at a webinar, headset microphone rather than fixed microphone may be more convenient.
However, in the headset microphone, participants may feel like seminar speakers are speaking at the ear. On the other hand, in the case of fixed microphones, sound effects similar to general seminar venues can be obtained, so it will be easy to produce realistic sensations.

How to distribute videos with webinars?

By using the services of specialized webinar specialists, you can implement webinars with functions sufficient for businesses to do business.
There are two ways to the webinar: a method of delivering videos in real time and a method of delivering prerecorded videos at an arbitrary timing.
In either case, if there are only 3 items and the Internet environment, video distribution is possible. There seems to be some vendors that have dedicated studio so that you can distribute videos in a better environment. Organizers of webinars usually have to take an account in advance to sign contracts with merchants, but participants generally do not need to take account.
However, on mobile terminals, you can see systems that you can not watch unless you install the special application. It is important to choose a more matched system depending on what kind of terminal your participants in webinar use.

SPEECH

How to train for a best man's speech

 1.THE SERIOUS INTRODUCTION:

Nine out of ten speeches and lectures begin with serious remarks. It is the simplest and most common method. However, a good rhetorical talk is just different from this usual beginning. Only in a few cases (for example, a funeral speech) is this still the best introductory form.

2. THE HUMOROUS INTRODUCTION:

This method very often helps to break the ice. Even factual topics can be relaxed that way.

3. THE INTRODUCTION OF THE LECTURE WITH A QUOTE:

Not only at the beginning, but also during a speech or a presentation, you can achieve a high attention value with a quote.
Make sure, however, that the quote does not seem too out of context.
Example: "top is better" or "first straps, then start", you can read that, ladies and gentlemen, as a motorist everywhere.

4. THE INTRODUCTION WITH A REIM:

A very difficult form of introduction because you want to rhyme your own thoughts. No wonder, if such two- or four-liners remain in the audience's memory for a long time to come.

5. THE HISTORICAL INTRODUCTION:

This form is reminiscent of the construction of an essay during school. The introduction of the lecture focuses on the past (what was), the main part on the present (what is) and the final part on the future (what will be).
Overall, a historical review - in addition to the serious beginning - not arrive as well as the other options shown.

6. THE INTRODUCTION TO THE PERSONAL EXPERIENCE:

At the beginning of your lecture or presentation, you tell a personal experience that matches the given topic. However, this story should necessarily correspond to the facts. Otherwise, there is a risk that every listener quickly realizes that you just wanted to bring an excellent introduction.

7. THE INTRODUCTION WITH A CURRENT EVENT:

It is always an advantage if you can create a current cover for your designs. Almost every topic can be better initiated by a current information or message.

8. THE INTRODUCTION WITH AN ANCHORAGE POINT:

It is the only form of introduction that you can not already commit to on your cue slip before.
You begin your remarks with a fact that you noticed right before you started speaking. For example, they are based on the choice of location, the number of people, the weather. You can, for example, also follow the words of the previous speaker.

9. THE INTRODUCTION WITH A RHETORIC QUESTION:

It is one of the most elegant ways to start a speech or lecture. You do not expect an answer to the rhetorical question.
In the following sentence you answer your question yourself. The rhetorical question is at the same time an excellent means to arouse the attention of the audience.
The rhetorical question is a classic rhetorical device and is often used in practice.

10. THE PROVOCATING INTRODUCTION:

A provocation of the listeners themselves is strongly discouraged. If the listeners have built up an antipathy field against you, the best speech in terms of content will not bring you the desired success. Even a provocative thesis should not be in the form of a statement, but in question form.

Presentation techniques

Easy ways to screw up a presentation

Presentation techniques: presenting tips with confidence

There are lectures that linger for a long time. Others end with their end - and that's a good thing: hours of noise without structure, lousy slides, zero substance - such speeches and presentations come from the limbo of the presentations. Sure, some things have to do with talent. But that's at most 20 percent. The remaining 80 percent are pure craftsmanship, good presentation can be learned and trained - with the right presentation techniques ...

The content must be right - but the packaging too
When it comes to presentation techniques, there are two ways to build your presentation:

Rhetorical aids

You use certain tricks to spice up your speech and convey the content accordingly. For example, you work with rhetorical pauses, think up certain expressions in advance, and so on.

Technical aids

Nowadays, PowerPoint presentations are often standard or similar software. There are also a number of analogue tools such as blackboards or flipcharts. All these technical aids have different advantages and disadvantages (see below).
Of course the substance has to be right. But good content alone does not make the spark jump. The trappings - how to perform and present, which (rhetorical) tools, which slides, pictures and interactive elements you use - is at least half the battle. However, no rocket science. Most presentation techniques consist of relatively simple tips and tricks.

What previous knowledge do the listeners have?

Even if you are to give a lecture - nothing is worse than a speaker who only gibberish and talk past his target group. What should be remembered? Although the language should always be simple and understandable, of course it makes a difference whether you have to start with Adam and Eve or first with the New Testament.

What is the interest of the listener?

Did you possibly pay for this event - or is it a compulsory event of the company? Ultimately, this determines the attention and desire of the audience to listen to your presentation. The lower the interest, the more entertaining the presentation has to be.

How long may / should the lecture last?

The rule of thumb is: you can talk about anything, just not over 45 minutes. Thereafter, the attention span of the audience rapidly decreases. But even if the lecture lasts longer or shorter, you should come at this time to the end. Embarrassing are speakers who have to be moderated by the stage, because they are already covered and far from having shown all the slides. Your presentation should be accurate and stay in time. This can be practiced perfectly before and stop time.

What kind of equipment does the stage have?

It's your stage, but you have to be able to fill it. For example, it is important to know if you have a headset (and therefore can move freely on stage) or are tied to a lectern by the microphone. The stage itself, the seating of the room and its size also play a role. The further you are literally off the beaten track of your audience, the more you need to build contact with your audience, such as interviews, voting or direct addressing.

Meeting presentation

Nervousness in the meeting, during the presentation

The best tips against shaky hands and voice failure

In meeting with colleagues, employees not only need good arguments. You also have to present yourself well. For a sovereign appearance, the inner conviction is important. "If the self-confidence is not there, but only trained, the opponent gets along,It is also important to avoid five typical traps:

Trap 1: self-doubt

Am I prepared well enough? How do the new colleagues react? Anyone who is nervous should clarify the causes in advance,Then the meeting is easier: "The nervousness will be there, but you can handle it differently."

Trap 2: No eye contact

Eye contact when talking is important,If the round is big, it is advisable to face two or three people. This creates an anchor for your own performance. Anyone who has prepared well will radiate that. "Self-clarification is crucial to the quality of the look."

Trap 3: Peeping voice

Tension is also noticeable in the voice: it gets higher and shaky. An exercise before the meeting: stand with your back to the wall, lean on your head, shoulders and buttocks and then speak. This is how you perceive the power of your own voice. "The body remembers the experience and can reproduce it under stress." But it takes a little practice.

Trap 4: Troubled hands

Anyone who is nervous when speaking should give their hands something to do. "The hands then settle down,Instead of kneading your fingers, the expert advises you to take a pen or a laser pointer.
Then the hands are busy. This automatically reduces the stress on the speaker. If the hands devote themselves to an object, it also has a positive effect on the audience: they are no longer distracted by the lecturer's nervous gesture.

Trap 5: No firm footing

Especially in standing conferences it is difficult to find a good position. The weight to relocate to only one leg, although casually. If you have something to say,to stand firmly on two legs. In the course of speaking, one could then change the position, important is the attitude to get started.

Body language

Tips for body language on stage

To interpret body language: To decipher gestures

Our body speaks. Always - even if we are silent. And even when we talk, we always speak two languages: the words and the body. Our body language - gestures and facial expressions - is thus a nasty traitor. Because we do not always say with our mouths what we think or feel. Our body already: the rippling of the lips, raising an eyebrow, the hull of the nose - even such micro gestures provide information about our true feelings and thoughts. Only if the non-verbal signals fit our statements, a coherent image and thus credibility and authenticity. Body language therefore plays a crucial role in our communication - in the interview as well as in negotiations, in customer contact or simply in small talk. The art is to be able to interpret the body language as well as to decipher gestures
Success factor body language: The gestures of power
When it comes to body language, there are two camps:
Some consider the hype about body language and gestures exaggerated. They argue that natural body language is sufficient and the effect and meaning of gestures is overestimated.
The others regard body language as the most important element of individual action. They attach great importance to appropriate exercises and training and make success directly dependent on a convincing body language.

The truth is certainly somewhere in between.

Posture and gestures always say something - even if we are silent. Only then maybe not necessarily what the sender of the message wishes. Especially our gestures have enormous power. Some studies attribute up to 80 percent of their communicative impact - even before the words. However, our body language is usually an unconscious one. Unfortunately. Because so-called high-status gestures (also called power poses) not only have an effect on others - they can also change one's own self-esteem.

The following gestures show special power and high status:

Slow, elegant movements
Unrestrained smile
Upright, silent head posture
Strong voice

How to use your body language properly?

Much of the body language happens unconsciously. They do not think about every posture of their arms or legs, unintentionally and deliberately turning their bodies or heads to one side. Because of this, body language can provide such deep insights because it is often not directly controlled but unfiltered to reflect emotions and thoughts.
You have the opportunity to be aware of your body language and to use it best and to use it for yourself. The following tips can help you with the right body language:

Embark on a common level

This is quite serious and literal in this case. Height differences are perceived and interpreted by both sides of a communication. If you look down from above, it is automatically superior or even threatening. This effect may be desired, but is anything but sympathetic. Therefore, when you make a request, make a request, or conduct a negotiation, you should never look from the bottom up, as this weakens your position

Use your smile

The smile is a true all-rounder of body language and has the great advantage that it can be used consciously and purposefully. It can signal openness and affection, arouse sympathy or radiate sovereignty and self-confidence.

Stick to distance zones

In addition to gestures, facial expressions and other aspects, distance zones also belong to the body language and should be respected. In plain language, do not back each other too close to the pelle, but keep a certain distance.

Know the effect of your body language

To use your body language properly, you need to understand its impact on others. Put yourself in the position of the other person and ask yourself which signals your body language sends.

Introduction

How to introduce yourself before the presentation?

Fundamental rules

Select the desired length of time. Distributing time you can imagine in the image of Goldilocks. Everything has to be planned perfectly. Too long a performance will be a waste of audience time. Too short a performance will not give the audience the opportunity to navigate. In general, your introduction should be somewhere in 30 seconds.
This is not the time for you to rub your resume. Or get a crush on the audience with stories about the weekend.
Always remember that your audience consists of busy people. They took a break from their business to come to listen to you. Respect this time without losing it.
Decide how you want, receive and answer questions. Decide in advance and mention at the beginning of your speech about the opportunity to ask questions during your speech or at the end of it. In any case, the budget of your time should include time to answer questions. Take about 10% of your workshop time to questions.
So, in the case of your presentation lasting an hour, 10 minutes should be allocated to questions, and 45 to 50 minutes to the seminar.
For a 15-minute speech, allow 1-2 minutes for questions and 13 minutes for a speech.
Determine the purpose of your seminar. Now, before you formulate the rest of the presentation yourself, you need to define the objectives of your seminar. There are three main categories of seminars: 1) Seminar on work 2) Training seminar 3) Seminar for the purpose of persuasion. Each of these seminars has very different goals. Determine which category your seminar belongs to:
'Seminar on work. Your seminar is a conversation about work. The presentation in this case should be spectacular, qualified and professional.
Training Seminar. Your seminar is primarily for educational purposes. Then your goal is to inspire, inform and enlighten your audience.
Persuasion Workshop. Your seminar is a "call to action" or has a "commercial component". Your goal is to persuade, motivate and make friends.
Your seminar may fall into more than one category, but there must be one that is best suited. Define it and purpose. We will discuss how to use these goals to select the material for your presentation below.
Use the introduction in your workshop to make an impression by demonstrating your good preparation (focus on the demonstration, not the words).
Your entry is also the time for which your personality is assessed. No one wants to work with a conceited boaster. Thus, self-presentation is not the time, boasting and listing all the amazing things you have to do.
It is worth sharing only those amazing things related to you that are related to the seminar. But even they should be subtly introduced into your performance.
This may be the right time to talk about your family tree. You must introduce yourself, name your current place of employment / university that you have completed, and current training. If appropriate, talk about some of the past courses.
Quickly return to the topic of conversation after the mention of relatives. In the end, most of your audience already knows who you are. What is really interesting for your interviewers is what you can do for them and what your skills are. Therefore, speak to the point.

Speaking in public

Speaking in public

Here are some ways that help to speak in front of an audience and become comfortable as a speaker.

1. The key is in the preparation

It is obvious that some of the trust that an audience will feel towards you is based on their recognition of your competence. You must have a solid knowledge of your subject and adequately prepare your content, whether for a course or a conference. Add stories and examples (this touches the kinesthetic side of the audience). Be aware, however, that jokes and entertainment never succeed long in camouflaging poor content. Think about your audience too. What do you think he wants to hear? A university discourse or a more general presentation? Give him what suits him.

2- Practice before speaking in public

Take the time to practice aloud until you are comfortable with your progress. Whenever I had to introduce a new topic, I would sit in a classroom or an empty room, with my Power Point presentation and notes, and then pretend I was really giving my lecture, out loud, like if I had an audience in front of me.
This allowed me to put words in my mouth, (it's very different to read a text in his head and deliver it out loud), to check the logic of my presentation, to measure if my content entered the time allocated and make the necessary changes. Then, I made a second and sometimes a third time from one end to the other. In this way, when I delivered it to a real audience, it was as if I had already delivered it. For me, it made a huge difference.

3- Do you feel rusty?

If you do not often have the opportunity to speak in public or if it's been awhile since you've done so and you're feeling rusty, it's a good idea to watch video lectures that offer sequences where you see the audience (from the speaker's point of view)

4- Locate the places

When I arrive at the place where I have to speak in front of an audience, for a conference, a course or a training, whenever possible, I will make a reconnaissance tour in the room to feel it better. I go to the front, I get on the stage if there is one, to get a glimpse of what I will have in front of me.
At the same time, it allows me to see his organization right away and plan problems so that they can be resolved with the organizers if possible before the start. Do not think that the organizers will predict everything (unless it's a big event organized by professionals ... and again). And do not take the stunt of asking for a change that would allow you to be more comfortable and not be distracted or disturbed.

5- Study how others are doing

Attend several conferences (or watch them on your computer or digital reader) and watch what the speaker does. How does he introduce his subject, how does he bring his examples, how does he conclude, is he static or in motion, how is his Power Point or KeyNotes presentation constructed, etc.?
And if the speaker is particularly annoying, get bored by trying to figure out how he's doing to be so boring (or what he does not do).

6- Do you review

If your conference is videotaped, ask for a copy and look at yourself. Otherwise, do your conference in your living room (see 2) and film yourself. there are so many technical means easily accessible today, if only your mobile phone.
I know, there are not many people who like to see each other or get along and it is often a painful experience. But do you say that, unlike the majority of people who are paralyzed at the idea of ??public speaking, you did it.
Instead of banging on your head, watch the flow and see first what worked well, to create a good state of mind.
Then, find what worked less well and write it down.
Then ask yourself how you could improve this point next time.

7- Play your role

Enter the skin of your character and play it as if it were a role (it is!). This is a way used by the best artists before a show, the best communicators before speaking in public, the best teachers before entering the class, the greatest athletes before a competition.
Before entering the stage, hold yourself in the same way as an experienced lecturer, totally confident in his means .. Breathe as if you were completely motivated, confident ... Then play with the muscles of your face, smile and take the expression that you would have if you had an unshakable confidence in yourself ... Now, enter the room in the same way as a lecturer confident of his means, confident, perfectly motivated ...
Put in your eyes the spark of perfect self-confidence. Look through your audience and make eye contact with those present, smile and smile back. Very quickly, you will find that your state of mind agrees with this physiology.

Presentation

Presentation

presentation with spontaneous reactions

Use body language correctly during the lecture
Presenting does not just count what you say, but also how you say it. On what you should pay attention to posture, gestures and facial expressions.
Many presenters are afraid of embarrassing themselves in their presentation. However, with the proper use of body language, they appear self-assured and receive the public's attention as a positive consequence. The following aspects of body language are particularly important.

Stand upright and straight

Always take an upright position when speaking. Even if it may be comfortable for you, do not shift your weight too much on the foothold. The more you load the pillar, the farther you will stretch your leg. They buckle in the hip, which could leave a too casual impression. Therefore, stand upright and straight and distribute the body weight evenly on both legs.

Spread your legs shoulder width apart

Place your legs about shoulder width apart. So you not only appear larger, but also radiate inner peace and professional competence. A competent and serious charisma is the basis for a successful presentation. On the other hand, if you pull your shoulders forward and stand slumped, you will not only look smaller but less competent. Even a nervous forward and back rocking with the upper body is unfavorable.

Illustrate presentation with hands

Out of uncertainty, many presenters unconsciously seek support and hide their hands in their trouser pockets throughout the lecture. Instead, use your hands to illustrate your presentation and clarify the facts. Let your movements come out of your shoulder. As a starting position, it is advisable to bend your arms and bring your hands together at the belly button height. Keep your elbows and torso away when gesturing. So you take more space and appear more confident.

Activate the audience with gesticulating movements

But you can also put one palm lightly in front of the other and return gesturing again and again in this attitude and let your hands rest together in a sovereign manner. However, fold your arms in front of your chest or keep your hands in your pockets, unconsciously build up a barrier and appear uninvolved. Through active gestures you show yourself open-minded and confident. In addition, movements activate the brain of the audience, which attracts your attention.

To finish key messages with eye contact to the audience

Keep your head as steady as possible while speaking. When you go up with your voice and chin at the end of a sentence, you are telling your audience that they have asked a question. Instead, lead core messages specifically to a concise conclusion. At the end of a sentence, lower your chin slightly while keeping eye contact with your audience. It adds more weight to your message, and viewers believe you are more believable.

Avoid constant running back and forth

In your presentation, you should take an upright posture and stand firmly on the ground with both legs. But that does not mean that you only have to stop at a fixed point. They are allowed to move too. But you should not constantly go back and forth. This makes your audience nervous and affects its attention.

Give intentions to movements

Instead, give intent and meaning to your movements. Only move to another point if it makes sense. For example, if you want to clarify certain content from another point of view. You can also ask a question and move towards your audience. So stay dynamic and involve your audience at the same time.

Make eye contact with the audience

In general, you should always be in a visual exchange with your audience during your lectures. There are various possiblities for that.
If you feel confident enough, let your gaze glide from face to face. With it you engage every listener and communicate openness.
If you are afraid to speak in front of a group, focus on seeing only one person at a time. This will give you the feeling of only speaking to one person and becoming more self-confident. Also the respective person will feel addressed and follows rather your words. But always be open-minded and look your audience in the eyes while presenting. With this you integrate every single listener.

Speaking skills

Powerful tips for improving public speaking skills

Techniques of oratory, which from the usual speech make great

Pause

What should start any successful performance? The answer is simple: with a pause. It doesn't matter what your speech is: a detailed presentation for a few minutes or a short presentation of the next speaker - you should achieve silence in the hall. Going to the podium, inspect the audience and fix your eyes on one of the listeners. Then mentally say the first sentence to yourself, and after an expressive pause, begin to speak.

The first phrase

All successful speakers attach great importance to the first phrase of the speech. It must be powerful and must generate a positive response from the audience.
The first phrase is, to put it in the terminology of television people, the “prime time” of your performance. At this moment the audience is maximal in number: each person in the hall wants to look at you and find out what kind of bird you are. Already in a few seconds, the students can be screened out: someone will continue the conversation with a neighbor, someone will stop their phone, and someone will fall asleep at all. However, the first phrase will be listened to by all.

Bright start

If you do not have a bright suitable aphorism in stock that can attract everyone’s attention, start with a story from your life. If you have an important fact or news unknown to the audience, start right away with it ("Yesterday at 10 am ..."). In order for the audience to perceive you as a leader, you need to immediately take the bull by the horns: choose a strong start.

The main thought

Even before you sit down to write your speech, you must determine its main idea. This key point that you want to convey to the audience, should be compressed, capacious, "fit in a matchbox."
Stop, look and make a plan: first select key ideas, and then you can add and explain them with examples from life or quotes

Quotes

There are a few rules, the observance of which will give the power of quoting. First, the quote should be close to you. Never quote the author, who is unfamiliar to you, uninteresting, which is unpleasant for you to quote. Secondly, the name of the author should be known to the audience, and the quotation itself should be short.
You also need to learn how to create an environment for quoting. Many successful speakers use similar techniques: before quoting, they pause and put on glasses or seriously read a quote from a card or, for example, a newspaper sheet.
If you want to make a special impression with a quote, write it out on a small card, get it out of the wallet during the speech and read the statement.

Wit

Surely you have many times advised to dilute the performance with a joke or anecdote. There is some truth in this advice, but do not forget that just joking for a joke only offends the listener.
You do not need to begin your speech with an anecdote that is irrelevant to the situation ("It seems that it is customary to begin speech with an anecdote, and so. Somehow a peasant comes to a psychiatrist ..."). It is better to go unnoticed to your funny story in the middle of a speech to defuse the situation.

Reading

Reading speech from a sheet with eyes down, to put it mildly, does not cause delight among the audience. How, then, do? Is it really necessary to memorize a half hour long performance? Not at all. Need to learn how to read.
The first rule of reading speech: never say the words, if your eyes are looking at the paper.
Use the SOS technique: watch - stop - say.
For training, take any text. Drop your eyes and mentally take a few words. Then raise your head and stop. Then, looking at any object at the other end of the room, tell us what you remember. And so on: look at the text, stop, speak.

Receptions of the speaker

Use rhymes and inner consonances in the phrase to give the sound of your speech a poetic force of influence.
It is very simple to come up with rhymes, it’s enough to remember the most common ones: -on (war, silence, necessary), -that (darkness, emptiness, dream), -h (sword, speech, flow, meetings), -oses / wasps (roses , threats, tears, questions), -down,-yes, -he, -tion, -ism and so on. Practice these simple rhymes by making up loud phrases.
But remember: the rhymed phrase should be one for the whole speech, no need to turn your speech into a poem.
